Ingredients

4 Pounds: BONE-IN TURKEY - DRUMSTICKS, THIGHS And/Or WINGS, Trimmed Of Excess Fat
1 (7-Ounce) Can: Chipotle Peppers In Adobo Sauce
1/3 Cup: Cider Vinegar
3/4 Cup: Barbecue Sauce
6: Sandwich Buns, Heated

Directions

Place turkey parts in crock of a 4-quart slow cooker.

Remove peppers from adobo sauce and coarsely chop. Mix peppers, adobo sauce and vinegar. Spread over turkey, mixing well.

Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or until turkey falls off bone.

Remove turkey from crock. Discard skin and bones. Shred turkey into bite-sized pieces.

Portion turkey onto heated sandwich buns and serve each with 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce.
