Ingredients

SLOW ROASTED TURKEY THIGH (Cuban Mojo Turkey Preferred): 3-1/2 Ounces
Unsalted Butter: 1 To 2 Teaspoons
Bell Pepper, Seeds Removed: 2 Rings
Sweet Onion: 2 Rings
Cream Cheese, Softened: 2 Tablespoons
Garlic-Herb Tortilla Wrap: 1/2
Black Pepper: 1/8 Teaspoon
Chunky Salsa: As Needed

Directions

Heat turkey to 165 degrees F or according to manufacturer's instructions.

Heat butter and sauté bell pepper and onions rings in butter just until tender.

Spread cream cheese in the middle of wrap. Place heated turkey in center of wrap.

Arrange onion and pepper rings atop turkey. Sprinkle with black pepper and roll up tightly.

Serve with salsa.
