Grilled Turkey Scaloppini with Dijon Sauce

Ingredients

1/4 Cup: vegetable oil
1/4 Cup: honey
2 Tablespoons: Dijon mustard
1 Teaspoon: lemon zest/peel
2 Tablespoons: fresh lemon juice
1 Clove: garlic, minced
1/4 Teaspoon: dried thyme
To Taste: salt and pepper
1 Pound: TURKEY SCALLOPPINI
4 Wedges: lemon, for garnish

Directions

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except turkey and lemon wedges. Brush the sauce on the turkey scalloppini.

Preheat grill. Place turkey, 4-6 inches from the heat source. Grill over medium heat 2 to 4 minutes on each side or until no longer pink in the center.

Serve immediately and garnish with lemon wedges.
