Ingredients

TURKEY WINGS, split at joints, fat trimmed and tips removed: 4 (about 2 pounds)
water: 12 Cups
hoisin sauce: 1 Cup
low sodium soy sauce: 1/4 Cup
water: 3 Tablespoons
honey: 3 Tablespoons
peeled and grated fresh ginger: 1/4 Cup
Cloves garlic, minced: 3

Directions

Boil wings in water for 30 minutes; remove from heat, drain and set aside.

Place all marinade ingredients in a heavy re-sealable plastic bag.

Place cooked turkey wings in the bag and massage until sauce has evenly coated wings. Refrigerate overnight or no less than 4 hours.

Spray grill rack with nonstick cooking oil. Preheat grill to 400 degrees F.

Remove wings from marinade and discard marinade. Grill wings until golden and crisp - approximately 20 minutes, turning frequently.
