Ingredients

15 Ounces: Canned Garbanzo Beans (No-Salt Added)
1/4 Cup: Roasted Red Peppers, Chopped Coarsely
2 Tablespoons: Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
4 (8-10 Inch): Whole Wheat Wraps
4 Medium Leaves: Red Leaf Lettuce, Washed, Drained And Chilled
1 Large: Tomato, Sliced
1 Medium: Avocado, Sliced
12 Ounces: LOWER SODIUM TURKEY BREAST, Sliced
1/4 Pound: Lacey Swiss Cheese, Sliced

Directions

In a food processor puree beans, with peppers and lemon juice, to a smooth/chunky consistency.

Spread onto the tortillas and add a lettuce leaf to each tortilla. To each tortilla, add 2 slices tomato, followed by 3 slices avocado.

Layer each with 3 ounces turkey breast and 1 ounce Swiss cheese; fold and wrap tightly.

Cut each wrap in half to serve.
