Avocado, Finely Diced: 1 Cup
Papaya, Finely Diced: 1 Cup
Rice Vinegar: 1 Tablespoon
Sugar: 1 Teaspoon
Chopped Fresh Mint: 1 Ounce
Salt And Freshly Ground Black Pepper: To Taste
Hawaiian Sandwich Rolls, Split: 4
OVEN ROASTED TURKEY BREAST, Shaved: 1 Pound
Jarlsberg Cheese: 4 Slices
Thinly Sliced Maui Onion: 2 Tablespoons
Crisp And Chilled Lettuce Leaves: 4 To 8
Avocado Papaya Mint Relish

Directions

Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours to allow flavors to mesh.

SANDWICH ASSEMBLY: Layer the sandwich ingredients in the following order. On the bottom of each roll, place 4 ounces turkey, 1 slice Jarlsberg and 1/2 tablespoon onion.

SERVICE: Spread the relish in an even layer atop the onion. Place one lettuce leaf atop relish and cover with roll top.
