Ingredients

LEAN TURKEY SAUSAGE, Cut Into 1-Inch Pieces: 1 Pound
Bell Peppers, Seeded And Coarsely Chopped: 2 Medium
Yellow Onions, Coarsely Chopped: 2 Medium
Diced Tomatoes: 1 (14-1/2 Ounce) Can
Sliced Celery: 1 Cup
TURKEY THIGHS, Skin Removed And Cut Into Large Chunks: 2 Pounds
Package Slow Cookers Savory Pot Roast Seasoning: 1 (1.3-Ounce)
Cold Water: 1 Cup
Red Pepper, Ground: 1/4 Teaspoon
Large Shrimp, Peeled And Deveined: 1/2 Pound
Instant Rice: 1-1/2 Cups

Directions

Place sausage, bell peppers, onions, tomatoes and celery in slow cooker.

Top with turkey thighs.

Combine seasoning mix, water and red pepper until blended.

Pour over turkey. Cover slow cooker.

Cook 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH. For best results, do not remove cover during cooking.

Gently stir in shrimp and rice.

Cook 15 to 20 minutes longer on HIGH or until shrimp turn pink and rice is tender.
