Ingredients

Perfect L’attitudes Slow Roasted TURKEY Tinga: 30 Ounces
instant mashed potatoes: 15 Ounces
instant brown gravy: 15 Ounces
mixed vegetables: 30 Ounces
pinto beans: 24 Ounces
canned tomatoes, diced and drained: 30 Ounces
kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper: 1 Teaspoon each
hot cooked white rice: 15 Cups

Directions

Cut turkey into 1/2-inch diced pieces.

Prepare mashed potatoes according to package directions. Spoon cooked potatoes into a 2-inch full size steamtable pan.

Prepare gravy according to package directions.

Mix together turkey, gravy, mixed vegetables, beans, tomatoes and salt and pepper.

Layer turkey mix over mashed potatoes in the steamtable pan. Cover with foil.

Cook in a preheated 350 degree F oven until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F, approximately 30 minutes.

For each serving: portion 1/2 cup cooked rice and ladle 4 ounces turkey stew atop rice.
