Ingredients

3/4 Pound: Fresh Or Dried Linguine Or Fettuccini
3/4 Cup: TURKEY BROTH Or Reduced-Sodium Chicken Broth
1/4 Cup: Seasoned Rice Vinegar
2 Tablespoons: Reduced-Sodium Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon: Peeled And Minced Fresh Ginger
1 Tablespoon: Minced Fresh Garlic
1/4 Teaspoon: Hot Chili Flakes
1/2 Pound: COOKED TURKEY, Shredded Or Cut Into Strips
1/4 Cup: Chopped Fresh Cilantro
2 Tablespoons: Lime Juice
2 Tablespoons: Chopped Roasted Peanuts
1/4 Cup: Chopped Fresh Green Onions
4: Lime Wedges For Garnish

Directions

In a large pot, bring water to boil and cook pasta according to package directions.

Meanwhile, in another saucepan, mix together broth, rice vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and chili flakes.

Heat to boiling, add turkey and immediately reduce to a gentle simmer for 1 to 2 minutes.

Drain pasta.

In a large bowl, mix pasta with turkey mixture.

Add cilantro and lime juice.

Sprinkle with peanuts and green onions.

Serve immediately, garnished with lime wedges.
