Ingredients

Nonstick Cooking Oil Spray: As Needed
TURKEY BACON: 5 Slices
Package Light Cream Cheese, Softened: 1 (8-Ounce)
Eggs: 2 Large
Milk: 2 Tablespoons
Shredded Swiss Cheese: 1/2 Cup
Green Onion, Finely Chopped: 2 Tablespoons
Can Refrigerated Flaky Biscuits: 1 (10-Ounce)

Directions

Lightly spray nonstick cooking oil into 10 regular muffin cups, covering the sides and bottom of the muffin cups.

Cook bacon according to package directions.

Cool slightly and crumble into small pieces.

Heat oven to 375degrees F.

In small bowl, beat cream cheese, eggs and milk with an electric mixer at low speed until smooth. Stir in cheese and green onion.

Separate dough into 10 biscuits.

Place 1 biscuit in each prepared muffin cup; firmly press in the bottom and up the sides, forming a 1/4-inch rim.

Sprinkle half of bacon in bottom of each dough-lined muffin cups. Spoon cheese mixture over bacon.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until filling is set and biscuits are golden brown.

Sprinkle each muffin with remaining bacon; lightly pressing into filling. Remove from pan.
