Light, Sweet, Mild Molasses: 2 Tablespoons
Unsalted Butter, Softened: 1/2 Cup
TURKEY BREAST MEDALLIONS: 8 (2-Ounce)
TURKEY BACON: 8 Strips
Freshly Ground Black Pepper: As Needed

MOLASSES BUTTER: Combine molasses and softened butter. Cover and reserve.

TURKEY MEDALLIONS: Wrap each turkey medallion with one strip of bacon. Lightly sprinkle with black pepper.

Bake in a preheated 350 degree F oven for about 15 minutes or until food thermometer reaches 165 degrees F.

SERVICE: Spoon a dollop of Molasses Butter on top of each turkey filet.

Serve 2 medallions for each portion.
